Worthy Self

Worthy Parent

Worthy Parent

Confidence, courage, authenticity and self-esteem do not come from effort. They flow naturally when worthiness is no longer questioned.

Most personal development approaches ask people to build themselves on top of unworthiness — to think better, do more, fix patterns, or push past fear. That approach may produce short-term change, but it rarely creates lasting safety or steadiness.

The Worthy Self begins where everything actually begins: with the embodied knowing that you were born worthy, you are worthy right now, and you will always be worthy.

The Worthy Self begins where everything actually begins: with the embodied knowing that you were born worthy, you are worthy right now, and you will always be worthy.

From that foundation:

  • Confidence steadies instead of fluctuates
  • Courage becomes accessible rather than forced
  • Self-trust replaces self-doubt
  • Authenticity flows, unapologetically

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to what was always true.

how is unworthiness impacting you?

Worthy Parent

Worthy Parent

Worthy Parent

Parenting is multifaceted. While we're figuring out how to parent our own children, how we were parented inevitably surfaces from our subconscious. Because it does, parenting can bring up fear, reactivity and old patterns we did not choose.

As one of the most imperfect roles we will ever experience, learning to ditch the desire for perfection and to replace it with presence is a gift for us and our children. They don't need a perfect parent (btw, none exist).

They need a present parent who is intentional about centering worthiness - their child's and their own - throughout the parenting relationship.

The Worthy Parent is a safe, supportive reminder the more present you are, the more you embody your own worthiness, the more you are open to learning regulation before response, repair without shame and modeling authenticity through presence - not perfection - the more you help your child embody their own worthiness.

Is unworthiness shaping how you parent?

Worthy Relationships

Relationships don't change just because we want them to - they change because we go beneath the surface, understand more and experience differently - over time.

That's why Worthy Relationships unfolds gradually.

Each experience is designed around a 21-day integration period, allowing new awareness, language, and patterns to gently replace old ones. This is followed by 7 days of embodiment, where what you've been exploring has room to settle into real interactions, conversations, and moments of repair.

This rhythm honors something essential: growth in relationship requires safety, repetition, and patience — not urgency.

The journey begins in June, but below are a guided meditation, journal prompts and suggested letter to yourself to explore where you are in your relationship.

There's no finish line here.
Only deeper understanding, lived together.

is unworthiness a part of your relationship?

Worthy Remembrance

Worthy Relationships

Worthy Relationships

Worthy Remembrance is a private, password-protected sanctuary within the sanctuary for women who experienced childhood sexual abuse and are grappling with living a full, free life in adulthood. The space allows you to reconnect to yourself in complete anonymity, at a pace that feels right for you.

Healing from the trauma does not always mean the behaviors we developed to survive automatically disappeared. So the people-pleasing, dimming light, suppressing healthy anger and shutting down authenticity might continue to exist without really understanding why.

Worthy Remembrance isn't about reliving or rehashing - it's primarily focused on remembering who you were before the world told you - a worthy being. It's about reconnecting to the truest, most powerful parts of yourself. It's about discovering that it took an incredibly powerful person to emerge from an unsafe childhood with the ability to function.

More importantly, it's about learning that you're meant to do more than function. Now is the time for you to reclaim your agency, autonomy, strength and freedom so that the life you live NOW is a reflection of who you really are.
